Default which o2 sims actually work? i've searched with no luck

I've searched around and I am trying to find someone with a obd2b ITR with experience with o2 sims like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/MIL-elimina...wItem

says it'll work on any honda/acura 95+ and its cheap so i'm not convinced. anyone deal with one like this or have a better one to recommend. i'm not going to get one of those spacers for the o2 sensor because i don't want to deal with welding a bung into my testpipe.
