looks pretty sweet not that I can actually see anything besides the outline of a bike with a snail attached to it. Well yeah that pretty much all I need to see More pics!

I've been looking around to see if anyone makes a turbo kit for my '04 GSXR-600 but no one does. I guess custom is the only way to go.

Dont some bikes have 2 inlets to the oil pump so you can use one to suck the turbo dry. That doesn't sound right

no, most bikes have one point... the pickup in the pan.
the problem oyure going to find is that the angle of the motor is going to cause the majority of the oil to pool at the front of the pan.

you need a scavenge pump to pull oil out of the return or youre going to damage the seals. also if you use a scavenge pump you can mount the turbo lower thus eliminating the tire problem... youre also going to have fun with the fairings, how do you plan to do the exhuast?

Actually, won't the momentum of forward travel provide enough force to move the oil rearward?

i have turbo ed a bike before as long as the turbo is over the oil level of the motor cycle it works , I don't know if u guys have delt with a turbo bike before, I have ran a oil return pump before on bikes that I cant mount the turbo that high , on this bike, I cut 2inchs off the radiator to clear the turbo and raised the turbo one inch over the oil level before I made the manifold

1.I posted it on top of this one

2. theres no tire problem ill post more pics later after i get off the lift

3. the farings kit i test fit every thing while making the manifold ill have a hole cut out the the turbo inlet to mount the air fliter on the out side of the farings, these are all thing to look into before making kit guys

4. None of the bikes will be runing a full exh , its a open down pipe and dump tube setup out the side of the faring on other side of the bike one small cut hole! really two next to each other

Its not true that no one makes a turbo kit for the FI R1's. Graves along with McCoy Motorsports (tobefast) have a bolt on kit that puts 250 to the rear wheels on the 04-06's.

ummmm... I think he is talking about the reconfigured AEM and not the actual turbo kit.
