so i took all of my wiring out to paint the car inside and out. now the wiring is back in and the car wont start. when i turn the key the sarter doesnt click, just nothing happens the car primes and all that good stuff. what could be causeing this

 

there is a small wire that plugs into your starter, i belive its red, but im not 100% sure, its just one wire and it goes into the starter. if its not plugged in it wont even turn over

tranny ground?

 

How old is the starter?

Have you tried hitting it with a hammer.

Also clutch switch?
