Default just got a 93 civic coupe EX

i just got a coupe ex, mostly stock. im looking to turn this into a project car. what would be the best modifications to start with? dont have a lot of money right now

if youre low on cash cut the springs, maybe 3 coils throw some rotas on and youll be good til you get some cash

Wait, what do uw ant to make it project as? If you want it to be a show car, than probably dropping it like he said would be an okay place to start, paint calipers and ****, but if u mean like, mechanically so it's puttin out 300whp, best place to start is intake/exhaust (complete), and headers..

Or an exhaust tip, not sure how u want to budget it or what u want to turn it into

1000 bucks can get you a good damper kit

i would keep saving for a good swap then probly do the brakes and suspention after that.

I would ALWAYS do suspension first, then brakes, then after those two are done, i would invest in a bigger motor. But if you are dying to get a motor in there for a little bigger kick, then I would say get an LS (b18b). They are fairly cheap and easy to find, and once you get a little more money, you can piece together a turbo kit for it for practicaly nothing. Also, the swap is non-vtec and should be fairly easy for a first timer (if you are new to hondas). good luck with it! ej1's!!!!

and if the rear LCA is in the way you can drop that down a BA BAM i dont remeber wt sockets you use but i think its one of these 12 14 17 19. 2 of the four or even 3 of the four. ill find when i change mines out next weekend
