Default Valves

How off does a valve adjustment have to be to cause a misfire...this is after a rebuild and were never adjusted

idk adjust the valves and see if the misfire goes away
did you run a compression test on the cylinder.. is it getting spark and fuel ?

thanks for the help..but im not an idiot....i ahev spark fuel and compression...

i was just looking for estimates on how off it would have to be...yes valve and distributor timing are on too

supposidly every 30k
and if you have fuel spark and compression it wouldint missfire you gota be missing one of them

The reason there is a misfire when you have misadjusted valves is because there isn't compression.

Now, if you rebuilt an engine you should adjust the valves, if you don't then you are a retard and deserve for that engine to expletive up.

Check your plugs. Try and figure out which cylinder it is, plug color can tell you.

your fat is not a gauge... you can not put it in the hole and gap it with that... because you are to huge.... just pay the $60 and get them adjusted fat.....
