Default JDM H22a Knocking??? Still???

Hi i was posting a while back trying to find bearings for my H22a. Found a set that i bought from tunerschoice.com that are ACL rod and main bearings. My friend installed them and put a new oil pump in to, Then when we cranked it over it started but there was a knock that was worse and faster then before?? Before we installed it only knocked a little bit at high R's Now its worse and i would like to know if anyone could hepl out or have any suggestions.

Thanks
God Bless

Does this knock change with engine tempurature? IE: Loud cold, quiets down when it warms up? or visa-versa.
There are several items which can cause knock-like noises.
Main Bearings
Rod Bearings
Thrust Bearing
Pistons (collapsed skirts)
Piston Pins
Loose Flywheel/Flexplate
Timing Belt tensioner

Need mo' hints Maybe we can put a handle on this.
What oil clearance specs did you set up for the crank/bearing clearance?

The noise stays the same when cold or hot and im using 5w 30 oil, also everthing is tight but the thrust bearing was not replaced but it was not bad from the start.

Did you use plastic-gauge to check the bearing clearances?

take the engine out of the car, tear it down and put it back together making sure that everything is in spec.

Smart *** answer:
Brick on the accellerator pedal
Dr. Widget's Mechanic inn'a Can

Only answer:
You're taking about tolerances measured in thousands of an inch when it comes to assembling an engine. There's only one way to do it - the long, tedious drawn-out proceedure of measure, measure and measure again before assembling. keeping eveything absolutely spotless and forgetting the "oh, that's good enough" attitude. Make the commitment, or pay to have it done right.
