what is better: zc tranny or an si tranny?

what is better: zc tranny or an si tranny?
i have zc and am running with my si tranny right now. i really like the si tranny but have heard that the zc would be better. the zc has LSD, so is this the only thing that the zc tranny is better for? what are all your opinions.
