Header(s)

Out of these brands: Greddy, DC Sports, or Hedman, what is the better header setup? This is for a '95 Accord EX (4 banger). I live in Cali and I am wondering if I should just go with the DC Sports because they are 50 state legal. What do you guys think?

Hedman looks to have a collector that actually works (unlike Greddy and the like) and appears by the illustration to be 50 state legal (has the o2 sensor mount)
