Tein S-tech Springs in Tein Basic or Super Street
Can you put the Tein S-Tech Springs in the Basic or Super Street Kits? I'm planning to get the Basic or Super Street Kit but don't like the stiff ride on the it. I want to replace the springs with my current S-tech Springs. Will the springs fit in perfectly?
The S.Tech springs will not work on a coilover setup such as the BASIC or SS. The spring diameter, lengths, design, and rates are totally different. Coilovers come with a linear spring with a much smaller diameter and length. We first suggest that you try the coilovers, and use the adjustments. If the system is still too harsh, TEIN carries and sells replacement springs. These are designed to be used on the coilovers and come in various spring rates and lengths.
Thanks for the info. but what's the lowest spring rate they have for the integra dc2? anything similiar to stock or as close as possible

There is really no point to that. Just buy the S.Tech springs. You obviously don't need coilovers.
