Default tranny-swap- fitment?

Whats up everybody.
decided to put a gsr motor in my 90 crxsi, summer possibly.
ive heard gsr or type r or si tranny cant be used- is that cuz of the hydraulic issue-i was thinking on that hasport hydro to cable conversion should work, or is it cuz its physically to big? heard that somewhere.
or can i make it fit by way of Cutting or the ol sledgehammer .

say i do get to work, what axels 94 and up?
any suggestions.
just gathering some info. thanx

Whats up! Thanx man! Yeah thats what i was thinking, hang a little low, you know how much, enough to hit radius rods or should it be ok?

someody was telling me 90-93 integra axels although i thought that was for sir trannys only right.
