My VAFC Settings
This is what I am running on my b16a. with header, catback exhaust, msd, and ice box.

4000->(-4)
5000->(0)
Hvt
4500->(+2)
5000->(+3)
5500->(+2)
6000->(-3)
7000->(-5)
8000->(-13)
9000->(-14)
Vtec x-over:

Throttle:
Lo:10%
Hi:50%
