Keep the cat if you need to take emissions and want to be environmentally friendly. A resonator is all about personal preference, how loud do you want to be? 2.5in piping from cat back

even though you don't have to get emissions, your CEL will stay one without the cat. plus you will be hurting the environment without the cat, and thats not cool. i'm not a tree hugger or anything, i just don't get why people do that for a few extra hp. i would say get 2.5" piping, and a 2.5" resonator. you will be way loud without a resonator.
