I'm putting a 96 LS motor into a 91 CRX and using a 92 LS cable tranny. Which year clutch do I need the 96 or the 92? Will the 96 flywheel work or do I need one from a 92?

 

You will want to specify 92-93 for the clutch. I know the flywheel is identical, I think there might be something slightly different about the clutch kit with 92-93 vs. 94+ because the part #'s are different (800a vs. 800b on the Exedy).

The only difference between 800A and 800B is the throwout bearing. They both use same pressure plate and disc. Get a clutch kit for 92-93 (800A).

you will need a 92 clutch the FW from the 96 should worh fine
