HELP ME START MY ACCORD!!!!!

I have a 90 accord sedan and the problem is im getting fire on all four plugs and gas too...still NO START! Timing belt is still intact and strong spark. It was running last night but stalled everytime the gas pedal was pressed. This is an instant problem that gave no prior warning signs. please help!

Did you gas up just prior to this happening?

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? #4 in linked illustration
