First, yes I searched. I recently bought a fairly clean passenger's seat on Ebay. A little research says it can be switched to the driver's side with a seat pan swap. The one big drawback is that recline handle it ends up on the inside of the driver's seat. Is there anyway to switch the upper seat back foam and seat cover so the recline adjuster stays on the outside? Anyone ever done and how did it turn out (pics?)?

Yes, its been done before. People have just switched the padding, and have had a brand new looking seat
