I have seen many custom hoods that I like, but I am not sure I want the CF look. I may go with a painted hood. I have seen some hoods that are painted, such as this one http://www.opakracing.com/Catalog/newProducts.htm

I guess my question is: are these fiberglass hoods or did the paint their CF hood? Also where can I order a hood like the one in the link above that I can paint?

 

fiberglass and cf are both paintable, fiberglass being easier of the two

 

they are most likely all carbon fiber hoods....

carbon fiber hoods can be painted....
