I have a ITR tranny I might consider trading and am in Northern Cali. 707 about 2 hours from Central Cali. what kind of set up are you going with since I have a JDM 2nd gen. B16A longblock I going tobe taking out pretty soon I think ?
WOw sorry for the late responses... I can go as far as ripping the tranny apart for you, and showing you the internals of it. Everything is there, the number of teeth on the final drive is 14, The LSD is obviously visible.
The shift forks, well its as easy as this, It originated with the b16 shift forks, the first and second shift forks are the same for all ITR/B16s and the 3rd and 4th shift forks are also b16, which are smaller. The only real differences are the GSR/LS VS the B16 one. A gsr tranny has the same first and second gear as an LS but the GSR has a shorter final drive, thats why it seems shorter.
Honestly at first i was going to go turbo again but then the deal kinda fell through, i thought to my self this close *** geared tranny isnt gonna work too great with a turbo set up so honestly thats why i was thinking of letting it go. But as far as the offer for trading for a TYPE R tranny. that seems like a trade i would do plus a little something on top. If you had a TYPE R tranny and would like to trade me + a b20 block i'll do it. Lemme know if any of u guys are interested and let me know within a few days before i end up throwing this tranny back in my car

Well In order to run a 4.7 Final drive, you would need a jdm type r first gear. So whats so funny? I dished out extra money to buy it, so its considered a mod isnt it?
I completely forgot about that jdm itr countershaft 1st gear that's needed for the 4.785 final drive. I thought you were trying to pass it off as an exclusive ratio!
