How do I fix damage to center console?

How do I fix damage to center console?
My dog dug his nails into the vinyl center console of my MDX and there are a few holes in there that did not puncture its kind of like a little dent. Is there anyway to smooth out this type of hole or damage, maybe use some heat source or something?

Before you try any heat, which is kinda dangerous, try rubbing it out. Use somthing smooth and rounded like say the handle side of a screw driver or maybe a dynamat roller. Also try giving it time to pop back out.

That way hes relaxed before attemps to fix somthing that he could very easily make worse
