rear disc conversion

will 1990 integra GS rear trailing arm/brakes work for disc conversion, also these are the axles I need for a swap too right? What all parts will I need. for both a conversion and swap out of the integra.

you'll need all....
brake stuff... like MC/BB/PPV
Front hubs
complete Rear Trailer arms except for the upper/lower arm and compension arm ( think that what it called.. )
