Hello everyone. I have a 91 accord ex w/ manual trans. When i start the car up there is a loud squealing noise that lasts for a while. At first i thought it was my belts, so i applied dressing. That did not work. So i noticed that its happening after i engage the clutch and go into gear. Can anyone help w/ this issue. Thanks in advance.

 

Check your altenator??


I dont know, thats just a guess from past experiences

I had the same thing for quite some time. Belt dressing did not help, tightening the belts was the only thing that did.
