Well, I am looking for race seats for the upcoming auto-x season as my currents seats are, well, as supportive as boxer shorts. I ran into the option of a cobra monaco for an entry level seat.
I dont have the ability to try out too many seats, but, I do live within driving distance of ogracing (if anyone knows where that is), so I can maybe try out a few seats from there. I am not keen on buying seats I cant even touch.
I have tried out a few seats though (pro 2000, ultra, sparco speed) and the ultra was the tightest fit, the pro 2000 I sat too tall with seat cushioning and the speed, well, felt alright.
I was looking for a seat that is quiet comfortable but supportive as this car might eventually become a daily grind.
My body type, 6'2 180lbs, tall and slender with relatively long torso. Much help will be appreciated.
P.S I am looking for something entry level within a relatively 'alright' price range (max 500 or so).
