For those of you who plan on attending the ECHC / MWHC combined event at Mid Ohio on April 21-23, please plan on registering ASAP. With the Nationals being at Mid Ohio in September, we are expecting all three (3) of our events at Mid Ohio to be sold out, including this event. As of 2/22/2006, we have one (1) racer registered. If you decide to wait until the last minute and the event is sold out, you will not be able to attend.
Please remember to take advantage of NASA's return policy for a situation like this, which can be found here: http://www.nasaproracing.com/c....html. This allows all of you to register well in advance, and then if you aren't able to attend, you can be fully refunded up until five (5) days after the event.
Please feel free to email me with any comments / questions at smyersjr@columbus.rr.com.
Hope to see you all at the track!
Regards,
Sam

i'm still waiting to see if they are going to honor the commitment of the 3 race weekend as currently posted on the info page:
"Saturday: Sprint Race (20 min practice, 20 min qualifying, 40 min race), all HPDE groups, and TT (four 20 minute sessions per day for HPDE and TT).
Sunday: Sprint Races (20 min practice, 30 min race, 30 min race), all HPDE groups, and TT (four 20 minute sessions per day for HPDE and TT)."
from:

or if they are going backpaddle per the survey / voting going on per
http://www.nasaforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=8156
i'm not committing to buying tires and attending until this is sorted out. if its too late to get into this race and into the series, i may just take the money saved this year and get a HANS.
still on the fence, tom

I'll be there taking pixxors and driving in time trials if it matters to anyone. Come on, I always love to see a good h-c race.
Sam - did Paul sign up yet? If not I'll go nag him.

Clay, as Tom says, any DOT approved tire will be able to be used, just not a true racing slick.

I am now signed up. I am not sure if my car will be ready but thanks to the refund/cancelation policy I am now signed up. Cross my fingers that I will be there and no snow.
