Window seals ?

2 years ago i replace all my weather striping and seals ($660 bucks from honda, thats love
) now the rear quarter seals are starting to dryrot, what do you guys find keep the moldings fresh and prevents this damb rot?

Armor all is terrible....don't use it again! Clean it and then protect the seals with these products...although i dunno why it would deteriorate so quickly
