Quick ??? about 99-00 coupe rear lip
With the OEM 99-00 Civic Coupe Rear Lip can you use your mudflaps or do they have to be removed? If anyone knows the answer or a way to get around taking them off, please let me know

I'm sure there is a way to have them both but if you don't have the time to figure out how to make them both fit, then yes it's one or the other.
