Default SOHC ecu ???

ok i have a SOHC ZC non vtec with boltons cai,im,header,stage 1 clutch, thelmal muffler running on a stock pm6 is there any other ecu that i could use ?

that motor is most similar to the USDM D16a6 using the PM6 ECU.


I'd say..... "DON'T **** WITH IT"

you can use turbo edit and that ecu can be socketed with a chip.

i had a d16a6 a couple of years ago and i tried using a pm7 out of a 89 integra, it ran but it ran like ****

so you could use it but i wouldint recomend it

i ran a PG7 on a SOHC, and ran surprisingly well.


go figure.

how can you tell what kinda of ecu you have, like the motor code stamp ...i know its not going to be on the motor, but it there somewhere on then ecu i can look

Has anyone actually dynoed the PG7 vs. the PM6 on an A6? I'm interested to see how the curves compare.

PM7 is the jdm DOHC zc ecu. a PG7 is for 89 INtegra, i have a Pg7 in mine right now, same mods u listed. works great!!!!! even with my Pm6 it was running good. but the Pg7 gives u a lil more. i say go pg7. best mod i got n only for 20 bucks

PR4 works fine for my SOHC D15B.
