Change my timing belt?

i need my belt changed and i was wondering
what i should expect to pay
and if you knew of any where or anyone
that would do it for cheap and good

most shops around me charge $250-$400 depending on the car. i did my own for just cost of parts, but i did one on a 4th gen lude (like mine) when i worked at this one shop for around $300.
