All engines and transmission have breaking point. Beating them doesn't help. ZC engines have more power then the stock engines but beating on a 15 year old engine that hasn't been rebuilt isn't always the best idea. It's an old cheap engine, beat her till she dies, then swap in a better one!

did you use the halfshaft from the zc trans? is a dohc zc trans?
I have the dohc zc trans with sohc zc motor. you need to use the dohc zc halfshaft with the integra axles and hubs if its a dohc zc trans.

make sure they're not ABS 90-93 Integ units with the JDM ZC Intermediate shaft.

FYI - NOT sure what spindles/knuckles you're running but 90-93 Integra units the 88-91 Civic/CRX chassis also change the wheel alignment settings.

The place you got the trans from should have the zc halfshaft if not hmotorsonline.com should have one for ya. Thats where i got my zc engine/trans, integra knuckles/brakes, and the halfshaft.

you can if you use the stock tranny such as the SI tranny. But when you use the ZC tranny things change and you cant use the stock axels any more.
