Default Wow! great service. Isaac plug.

I ordered my Isaac a couple of weeks ago and it came today.

Fedex left the box on my porch and drove away.

Unfortunately, the plastic briefcase the Isaac came in was smashed. I mean SMASHED. The box was so smashed that parts of my new H&N system were sticking out and they appear to be bent! Damn, that sucks.

I call Gregg immediately and he was great. We shared and laugh and then he said I'll send you another today. Gregg asked if he should send the replacement overnight and he was concerned about my schedule. I told him there was no need to overnight the unit. Gregg handled the problem quickly, professionally and is going to deal with Fedex himself.

This is a great example of "how to" handle problems.

to Gregg and http://www.isaacdirect.com

John- who looks forward to wearing the device but hopes to never have to test it.

If I new the Issac would be approved for whatever standard SCCA/NASA is going to use, I would buy one in a heartbeat..

Awesome to hear about the customer service

Check the march Fastrack. H&N aren't mandatory (yet) but if you do use one, they specify it has to be SFI 38.1 compliant. Which the Isacc isn't. Actually, if you followed the rule to the word, it actually says an SFI certified H&N which SFI does not certify anything. A company just complies with the standard. I can't believe how stupid that is. They should have put it out for member comment. I was planning on getting an Isaac, but I'm now going to wait and see what happens.
