Default New o2 sensor and still throwing code 43

Well before i was throwing code 6 and 43 so i replaced the temp. sensor and the o2 sensor. Now while my car warms up it throws a CEL (43). But if i dont give it much time to warm up it doesnt throw it.. And i was wondering what else could that be?

your afr is probably way off for one reason or another, and that is making the ecu think their is a problem. Do you have a vacuum leak with a high idle?

That makes sense. But i dont have a vacuum leak and it revs. right around 1k. But its wierd cause now its not throwing the CEL..(knock on wood). Thanks for the info though.. much appreciated.
