Default dyno compare - gsr intake mani vs itr

anyone have a dyno comparison of a gsr intake manifold vs an itr intake manifold, with no other mods?

im guessing the itr will produce more hp and tq, even though you lose the longer runners...

do we have a consensus here??

thx

assuming it's a stock manifold, it'll be big losses everywhere until the way top.
if it's running different ECU then it will make a difference w/ the different fuel tuning and VTEC point.

gsr makes more low low end because the dual stage..

more low low..
right
but my feeling is that the gain of the low will be outweighed by the loss at the top...

no graphs?

trust me, not having your IAB working right, is a bitch for every part of your rpm range...especially downlow...unless running diff cams/ecu

just get the skunk2 or ITR IM. It looks better. The gs-r one is so ugly. Being more realistic, get the s2k/ ITR IM only if you plan on getting more agressive cams and ecu tuning.

edit: Looks good! I think i'm going to have to get one when the funds come in. Looks like it could've been tuned better though?

looks good.

those are my dyno's of my GSR
not bad i guess. i was hoping for 175hp or so.
the 2nd dyno was from last year. havent done anything else to it yet.

*forgot to add stock vtec xover on 1st, 5000 vtec xover on 2nd

Comments on better tuning:
maybe the first dyno but they didnt have the capabilities.
the 2nd dyno, we were after peak hp and perfect a/f ratios.
u cant get better than that
