only problem you might have that is major is the auto trans but the I4 cars have way fewer trans failures. H22a swap maybe or drop an acura 4 banger in there

pro:

ULEV everyon loves mother earth

bigger interior

standard vtec motor(sorry DX)

con:

weight weight and more weight

build quality isn't the same comparing to 5th gen, seriously, more plastic and more shitty fitment. Sunroof rattle that no one could fix, window rattle even when it's filled with lube and grease on the track.

no adapting well with minor mods

h22 ain't gonna move your car if you have a fast **** accord

the 6th gen sedan doesnt weigh much more than a 5th gen sedan. The 5th gen is 2855lbs. and the 6th gen sedan is 2888lbs. according to the auto consumer guide. so in terms of weight, i dont think that 33 pounds is a huge factor right now. also, i do think that the h22 would move that fat **** accord in a 6th gen better than an f23a4. i agree that with the minor mods part, but i think with a little research and some trial and error... that a 6th gen can do just as well as a 5th gen. then again, im probably a little biased towards the 6th gen . i may be wrong, but those are just my thoughts. but back to the performance, finish out the basic bolt-ons and get a better header. im not thinking that pulleys will do much, but you might get a little bit more out of that. but as im sure most people will tell you, you gotta decide how much you want to spend and if you want to boost your motor. thats enough of my rambling on.
