I assume that you're talking about a Higher final drive such as an ATS or JDM ITR set up.
I wouldn't run it if I were you. In fact you'd prolly want something lower than stock. Something like a 4.266 (LS tranny). You'd wind the motor out too quickly. You'd prolly want to stay in boost for as long as you can. An LS tranny would take care of that.

hahahha...I meant a JDM or ATS with JRSC....
