Default Just picked up the new project....94 EG2 VTEC

What do you think???







Motor - stock USDM B16A3

Mods

AEBS intake manifold
aem cold air for a DA, modified to fit the del sol(got it for free)
DC 4-2-1 Header
Ebay Amber Corners
14" Work RSB 1 peice wheels(as im told i havent pulled em off and i didnt think work made 14's)
Not sure on the lowering springs but i know its dropped

Brand New Milano red paint job
Tenabe Racing medalian 2.5 inch catback piping to a jdmcarboy twin loop
eg ex/si front lip

and alo more to come after that...thats just whats coming within the next month or so...or more if i can manage to get the money as fast as im hoping to

dent on rear 1/4 panel
cancer growing in the typical honda places
black targa top
black front bumper

bump for my ugly little bastard...she is a project for me and right now being at school i have nooo time o work on her but when im home in 2 weeks strip down and prep work is going to start for the paintjob...

im not sure but i beleive every year had the vtec model, dont quote me on that one. and i traded my 98 ex 4 door for this car plus the wheels and 500 cash. this one is a 94' del sol vtec, with 132,000 miles on it. interior ic clean as hell, and the motor runs perfect.

Good luck with the project. I just picked up a 94 vtec as well. Mine was bone stock. Motor and interior are perfect, just needs some tlc on the exterior so we're in the same boat.

Keep posting pics of your progress.

yup...the intake manifold is goin on this weekend, just picked up all the new gaskets and orings from honda...and i stripped they gay yellow paint off the strut bar and painted it with black truck bed paint...idk y i just like the texture and its tough stuff

i know its nothing great right now, but thats because it wasnt under my care, im gonna rescue this one from its death bed...

i have the same exact car with the same exact front bumper! Tight, another one. Mine has 234 2xx miles on it tho...Little question to you, do u ever hear ur valves or like a little bit of noise coming from the valves? Good luck with the car man!

no i hear absolutely no enginer noise, except maybe the intake suckin in alot of air but i had no corners on the car till yesterday so there was aot fo wind noise from that...what kind of noise are your valves making...

dont buy from jdmcarboy... heard of plenty coplaints about fitment and extreme poor customer service, not to long ago some dude got a lip from him that was almost at a 90 degree angle on one side and jdmcarboys cust service basically told the dude that hes screwed

likeing your car thou... damn you and your v-tech del sol , lol

yeah i really want a twin loop but i dont feel like sinking the money into a mugen right now...so im just gonna go for that one...or maybe a world sport 2...i just want something quiet
