I'd be a bit skeptical, especially with engine internals. Although they are only $125+, if they are designed poorly or lack quality, you would be out a motor. I'd stick with well known, name brands. My .02.

Nippon seems to be a good brand but i would just spen the extra 50 bucks and get the true oem parts. There is a reason that honda engines can go for 300k miles without breaking a sweat
