Default fuse question

i blew out a 100a fuse and i cant find a replacement so i was wondering if i could use a 70a or should i just buy a different fuse holder or what? my amp is only running 300 watts rms with a 4 gauge cable. the fuse blew because the amp came unhooked 3 times and i kept just rehooking it without pulling the fuse first oops, oh well it was -10 outside and i didn't feel like freezing my nuts off.
