I have a 1993 Civic EX. When I bought it, the timing belt was clacking, so I replaced the timing belt and the tensioner. I was driving it on the freeway and all of a sudden it made a loud noise like it hit VTEC, then died. I had to have it towed home and it hasn't started since. When I got it home I checked the compression and there was none. So I replaced the head. Checked the compression again with the new head and now I have good numbers. Spark and fuel are both present, but the car won't even try to start. I replaced the computer. If I pull the spark plugs, they're soaked with gas. I pulled out the injectors and kicked the fuel pump on and off but no fuel was leaking.
If anybody could please point me in the right direction, I don't even know what else to check. I've been working on this for a month and I'm pulling my hair out.

did you try searchin this, i'm sure there's info on this somewhere, but anywayy did u check to see if there's a spark at the plugs if not then chesk your lines again you could and check over your timing.
