89 Prelude Si Help!!

my brother has a 89 Prelude Si aws. and his car has been idling up and down and i was just wondering what everyone thinks it is? any help at all!!!

possible vaccum leak. mine did it and when i messed with the plug wires connected to the distributor it stopped....could be that as well.
