Default 2000 S2k headgasket thickness?????

Does anybody know what's the stock thickness of a OE headgasket on a 2000 2SK is? Thanks

so what does changing the compression ratio due for you? Is this for adding turbos or different mods?

Thanks KANE.S2K That really helped me out. I got a blown supercharged s2k that We are rebuilding and that lil info. helped out alot.. thanks again

lower compression = slightly larger margin for error when tuning FI. That's about it.

And the headgasket is not the (safest) route to go to raise or lower compression ratio. It should be done with a piston change.

Thats really not true, taking away an OE build for lower comp pistons is actually pretty crazy when you can do it with a HG. In some gases a HG is not the way to go, but overall, it works pretty well.

Agreed, Athiest. I guess i was just jumping to lower / raising comp. ratio for a big build.
