Gotta 1995 GSR and I NEED to get this car running. So I'm goina have to swap in a cheap ole engine to get me running around for now.

What all engines are a direct swap? (90-93 Integra engines? B18Bs, B20s?)

 

Direct swap would be any B series motor 92-95... it will just drop in no wiring needed... but you will probably have to change the ecu.

 

So wiring configurations for a 91 are different? (I've got somebody trying to sell me a 91 LS engine)

 

yes they are obd0... but you could still get it to work... the check engine would just be on

edit: i used my 5 post for the day... but i dont think you can use uberdata to make it obd0

its not really the programin thats the problem. the plugs that plug into the engine are usually different from obd0-obd2b

 

no. Just use the dizzy that is on your GSR now. You'll definitely have to change your ECU. Or if you have Uberdata, just run the ECU you have now, with a LS map programmed on it. You can't reprogram to run an OBD-0 motor. You'll have to run an OBD-1 dizzy, and your OBD-1 o2 sensor.
