Need help with auto to manual swap in a 90 crx

Has anyone done this before?

I need to know what all is needed and a basic rundown of what problems I could expect.

I performed a search but came up with nothing

i searched auto to manual under the crx forum in the archives and found 79 threads. this has been coverd many times.
