05' EP3 with 5,000 miles. When I hit 80 mph a weird whistle sound comes from the sunroof. If I get up to 90 or 95 it goes away. It seems to seep in between the headliner and the roof. If anybody has or had the same problem please post a response. Thanks in advance.

 

I had the same problem on my 2002 Ex at around 60-65 once you got to 70 it just went away. Never could figure out what it was.

 

Sure it's the sunroof? I used to get a whistle type sound coming from my sidemirrors - they had those little dealership stickers in the area where they turn and it would whistle at certain speeds.

I dunno what else it might be - check the seals or see if you have anything in there when it's open? Mine doesn't seem to make any audible noises...

 

I would get a wind howl sound around 80mph and up. I found that if I pushed up on the windshield in the dead center at the very top, it would stop...one day it drove me so nuts that I pushed a tad harder...and CRACK, my damn windshield now has a crack in it. I'm an idiot

 

bring to the dealer, they can adjust it

 

I've had the same windshield whistling noise ever since getting a replacement windshield, and not before. It has to be warm enough, and I have to be at freeway speeds. I've tried adding sealant underneath the rubber strip on top, but that hasn't seemed to help. The installer (not Honda) wasn't responsive when I called to complain.
