You will see good numbers with the AEM intake. Should give the engine a little pep.

That's a cool red kaz00 you got there. I loved mine while I had it. Just too scared of hydrolock with all the rain we get here in NY.

Yeah, that's definitely a JDM-length cat...I hope you have the JDM b-pipe too, otherwise you're gonna have about a 5" gap between the JDM cat, and the USDM b-pipe.

umm... the bpipe is the part of the exhaust that connects to the back of the cat. you definitely do need a bpipe, unless you just want to run open cat.

The question is, will your cat connect to your B-pipe/ exhaust without modifying it.

The B-pipe is between the cat and muffler.

You will need to extend the factory B pipe then, simple as that! take it to any muffler shop, and they will do it up for u.

If I were you i would get a bypass valve for that intake incase you suck up a little water, but since ur in SD, you should be pretty safe... Nice intake btw i loved it while i had mine!!!

you're definately going to need to modify the B pipe, won't cost much at all

if you suck up little water.. that bypass valve wont work at all
as far as i know.. the bypass valve is pretty much useless because .. in order to get the bypass open your filter has to be Fully IN the water . not a little pot hole.

from what ive heard the bypass is hurting more than helping..

im not driving out in the rain.. i think i know how i could make a custom bypass, so i can change it within minutes if it does rain..

actually.. it would be a good little project$$$

Yes! The JDM header is the same size (lengthwise) as your USDM header. So when you pair that with the shorter (12") JDM cat, you will be 5" short of reaching your USDM b-pipe (USDM cat is 17"). You need the longer JDM b-pipe or a longer cat now.
