Default RSX Type-R >> Ready for importing

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1816761201

It's not street legal, but if the price stays that low I'd buy it and use the extra cash for any fines I'd get

More pics if you click his link. It's really stripped!

The add is incorrect. It says the cars can not be for street use, but they can. They are able to become street legal here in the states. If anyone is interested in buying that car, email me and I can set everything up for the shipping and legallization process.

Jason-

EDIT: That particular model is for race use only. It is unable to become street legal. I can however bring other RSX-R's into the country legally.

Figure's someone would be stupid enough to bid on a stripped, most likely stolen interior DC5-R.

um... Car theft in japan is VERY rare.
as far as im concerned i leave my MR2 out on the street for a month without any damage whatsoever.

also, i think weve went over this one before on the rsx or integra typer thread
people were saying its a company that does this alot (people on the board bought cars of them), and that its a real race base rsx. (it was proven true by going to the hp, where they sell race base rsx). its a company, a well known company. i dont see any reason why a company would be selling stolen cars. just my thought

Well it's right hand drive...what the heck could you do with it? Strip every piece you can and put it on your RSX? And it's 220ps? that's like what 227 HP or 217? I can't remember...

That model was not stolen. The only reason it was stripped, is because it's a race vehicle. Did anyone bother to read the title of the add?
2002 Honda : TYPE R RACE BASE INTEGRA
See that? "RACE BASE." That means it's only for racing in the USA. That particular car does not have a chance to become street legal here in the states.

How much of a hassel would it be to get it over here in the US after someone buys it.
