Default Cam gears

I have a 01 Prelude Type Sh. It has Dc 4-2-1 headers, qtp Electronic Open Headers Switch, AEm Cold air intake, pulleys, new Skunk 2 valves.. WEll yes My question is about the cam gears, when i bearly got the car i looked at the cam gears they are aerospeeds.. and they werent set to 0 they were set to -2 ... and the idle was perfect .. and Im pretty Sure the rest of internals are stock.. shoudnt it be idling wrong??... SHould i set it back to 0..

nope its fine. all they are doing is allowing your cams to come on a little later and moving your powerband more toward top end. its ok to run them there but i would recommend getting tuned on the dyno. some cars respond better to different settings. and btw ddnt you say earliar you had new skunk2 valves?
