Default HELP: what to use to fill up holes in trunk from spoiler

what do i use to fill up the holes from a spoiler from recent owners of the car?? right now there are electrical tapes covering it...i wanna fill it up and prep it for someone to paint it for me to clean out the whole trunk hood cause it looks soo messy with the electrical tape and some sticky substance from the spoiler...thanks

best thing to do is to have them welded over, but you could always bondo it up

someone told me to fiberglass it...would that be a kind of bondo kind of material too??

fiberglass looks almost cloth like. I don't know how to explain it. You're supposed to put the fiberglass on so that the bondo will have something to stick onto.

you use fiber glass on the back side of the panel for support so the bondo doesnt push through.

So fiber glass on the under side, bondo on top, then icing.

Sand primer paint.
