I have a 97 Prelude and the last couple of weeks it will randomly act like it is turning off. The radio will shut off and come back on and the tach and speedometer will go down to zero, also it feels like it may stall. It never stalls but sometimes when I turn the car off I can't start it right away, it acts like my battery isn't connected, no lights or anything. If I wait a while it will start just fine. It will go for about a week or a few days with nothing sometimes and sometimes it will do it a few times on the drive somewhere. I was guessing it was the main fuel relay but reading the other posts I haven't found one that seems the same. Please help, thanks!!!

the ignition switch was already replaced on this car. Honda told me that the plugs, wires, rotor and cap need to be replaced. I replaced these about 6 months ago, but Honda said it was b/c I didn't use factory Honda parts?? Also, said it may be the alternator has something wrong with it?? Any of this sound normal??? Thanks
