Default 2006 Honda Civic Ex Dyno

136hp@6657rpm 128.4lbft@4365

Just saw this while i was browsing around. Don't know if anybody else posted it up. Pretty good numbers I think. Sorry for the small size, don't really know how to resize. Here is the link to the page where you can see it better:

Those are stock numbers? The tq is exactly as rated on honda's site, isn't it supposed to be lower? Also the HP is only 4 less than rated by honda, were they under rated or is this because of the new hp measurments?

I just bought one, it's nice to know they have a bit more power than I was first told

I think it might be because it's on a dynopak and I think they tend to give out higher numbers. Not sure though. I don't know if he just slapped the car on and dynoed it or if he tried tuning, with what i have no idea. It is also shawn church and he is a pretty good tuner but i don't know what he could have used to tune it. I'm thinking about getting one too but probably a dx since it's the same engine.

The tov dyno is pointless.

shouldnt it be higher than 120? Seeing how the hp ratings changed a bit?

Doesnt matter if it should be more than 120.

Thats just what we are stuck with.

Ive got an 06 Sedan with exhaust and removed resonator from intake.

It feels a hell of a lot more than 120 whp for being such a heavy car.

But I have been wrong before.
