I got a kenwood deck for free and i want to put it into my crx. I wired the harness up and when i plug in the harness it sparks a little then goes away. The cd motor runs for a few seconds and turns off. I pushed the reset button and the deck atempts to turn on but once the face turns on, it automatically shuts off and repeats this until i turn off the car or unplug the harness. Both fuses on the deck and under the dash(radio) are fine and not blown. When it is plugged in, i hear a buzzing noise comeing from either the deck or where the fuse pannel is. Does anyone know how to fix this? I was told it was working correctly before it was removed. The wiring is as follows:

Harness (headunit)-wireharness in cabin

12volt-ACC
memory-constant power
ground-ground
power antenna-nothing
illumination-nothing

right front+ - right front+
right front- - right front-
left front+ - left front+
left front- - left front-
right rear+ - right rear+
right rear- - right rear-
left rear+ - left rear+
left rear- - left rear-

Any suggestions on what could be the problem? Thanks for your help guys.

If you used a harness adapter and all wires are connected properly its probbly a problem with the radio. Take the deck out and connect it directly to the battery and see if it powers up (twist yellow and red together from the deck and put to positive terminal and touch neg to neg terminal) . If not then its the deck.
