Default Buddy Club Exhaust fitment

I have ordered a Buddy Club Exhaust for my EP3. The spec III exhaust. I have a problem with the exhaust. It is made for the Type R EP3. The problem is that it will not fittin on my car. Its too short from the back to the front. I have called Kingmotor sports and they told me i can just buy the DC5 Type R exhaust manifold and make it fit. Do anyone know of any other way i can go with out buying a stock DC5 type R Manifold or taking it to the muffler shop. I just want something that would just bolt on in. Such as a test pipe or just a full race header i can buy.

Thanks

You can take it to a muffler shop and have them make you an extension piece so you can make it fit

Since the EP3 has a K20A3 and is built on the same platform as the base DC5, maybe the Greddy or 5Zigen Base To TypeS exhaust adapter will work. Aren't all the BC Spec III sold in the US meant for the TypeS? You could also just have a muffler shop make an adapter to avoid modifying the exhaust. I had one made from my OEM exhaust to adapt the BC Pro Spec to my base auto DC5.

I bought the Spec III from Kingmotorsports and they had it shipped to me straight from japan. Its made for a type r EP3. Do anyone know if the DC5 type R exhaust manifold and cat can bolt right up to the stock DC5 Type S catback without mods?

Yeah, what aznbo1626 said --

Here's a relevant thread in the archive (which doesn't show up in a "Quick Search") from when I put a CTR-spec Fujitsubo catback onto my EP:
