Someone on H-T offered these to me, but I think they look painted, at least the two outer pieces do, because the corners look orange in the pic. What do you think?

*edit - found out they are 94-97 painted ones like I thought. Anybody got real 98+ for sale cause if not them I will prob have to buy these

i see the pics and it does look like it has a slight orange tint to it on the corners. Jusk ask the guy for a better pic of the corner piece

 

That looks like a 94-97 to me.

Next time try to leave your buttplug out of the picture.

haha. Yeah, they look fine to me, but geez, he's right about the buttplug

 

i c the pic now... hmm that right side does look painted.. u can c an amber tint in it.. my corner had no shade of amber in it at all.. from wutever angle u look at with wutever light pointed at it.. no amber.. looks like a scam

it's a dog's chew toy, not a butt plug.

They definitely look like 94-97s. The right was is unmistakenly amber, and the left one isn't.

 

look fake IMO

 

hell yes it is fake..there is NO amber in 98+ tail lights.

you should post that guys name up on here so no one buys from him..dont want him scamming anybody.

oh and kong toys are awesome!

hahaha buttplug, that's not my pic though, i thought it was some kind of wierd bump stop or something

anyway yea i talked to the guy and he said that after looking closer at them they are 94-97 painted, don't know if he was tryinig to scam me or not but it's all good now... but I can't decide if i should get them or not, because he's selling them cheap

 

i personally like the 94-97 tails, unpainted

 

Not me... maybe with amber signals, side markers, and amber taillights, but I'm gonna have red taillights and clear signals, and maybe clear side markers later on

*edit - plus then people who know they're supposed to be all red will think it got rearended or something (when I decide to sell it)

hatch_R was just some random username I made before I even had a car... in my sig it says I have a sedan, I'm not that dumb
